We are currently seeking a Lighting Sales Representative to join our showroom team. If you're passionate about design, detail-oriented, and enjoy building relationships with customers and contractors alike, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers in our lighting showroom with a warm, professional attitude

• Provide expert guidance on lighting selections, styles, fixtures, and layout recommendations

• Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers

• Visit job sites as needed to ensure proper lighting selection, placement, and customer satisfaction

• Create and present lighting proposals tailored to client needs and budgets

• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom

• Stay current with lighting trends, product knowledge, and inventory

• Meet or exceed sales goals with integrity and outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in lighting, home design, or retail sales preferred

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Comfortable in a retail environment and professional on job sites

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
